Any mechanic can do it. With experience is about 16 hours to install and without we're talking about 20 to 24 hours to install. And it's a pain in the a$$ to install superchargers. You can do it yourself. I hope yours came with an instruction on how to install, but then again the instruction doesn't really tell you much about installation. Just take it to any auto shop preferably that does modifications.

I would give Wevo a call in San Carlos. You could

also try Jerry Woods in Cambell. I know that Wevo would

do a Great job for you.

If the shop you choose doesn't recommend, STRONGLY recommend, first lowering the engine's static/base/native compression ratio then I would move on.

Would simply adding a second head gasket accomplish enough...?? Anyone know..??

An SC will, without question, increase the effective/dynamic compression ratio. Other than the above the only way to compensate for that, prevent detonation, is to enrich the mixture, SUBSTANTIALLY so, and that might shorten the life of the catalyst dramatically.

LOX injection? (pardon my ignorance.)

LOX...Liquid Oxygen..

LOX "injection" would displace/replace the ~80% nitrogen on our atmosphere and therefore have the potential for increasing an engine's HP by 5X.

TRG's standards are pretty high but so are their prices.

Arizona? Try Reno. You're only 4 hours away. A frind of mine owns a shop and it's called Modified Auto. He works on ny cars, rebuilding engines, installing turbos etc. His phone number is 775-412-7884. Ask him to see if he can install it for you. I think a lot of them don't want to install it due to what's involved. It a PITA to install and it takes too long. Where did you get your supercharger from ? TPC? or Ebay?
