Does anyone know where I can get a new cable for my PST2 ?? I need the cable with the 16 pin OBD2 connector on one end & the 20 pin serial connector on the other end.

I think it is:

You can build one with the following:

1) Untermianted J1962M OBDII cable, available from obd2cables.com

2) Honda connector PCSE20LB - $4.98 each, PCSE20FS - $3.54 each. Available from chriselectronics.com

However, I failed twice at deciphering how to wire everything up, and my soldering skills are not good. Tholyoak is an expert at this stuff and can give you more detail.
