Hello...could someone PLEASE direct me to a site or to a technical service manual or something similar that explains how to change ALL of

the fluid in a tiptronic transmission? I need to learn how to change the fluid in the torque converter and differential.

I've searched...and can't find what I need.

Cheers

Thanks Paul. I have seen that DIY article. It doesn't mention a full fluid change...just a filter and pan gasket.

Thanks.

Why (if you don't mind me asking) do you need a complete fluid change?

That is normally done at rebuild and complete disassembly.

I don't mind you asking at all...

I want to do some maintenance is all, maybe prevent a failure.

I think of the "lifetime" trans fluid the same way I think of the lifetime coolant.

The way I see it, the car is almost 9 years old and has 64000 km. on the clock.

Probably a good idea to change the fluid.

Am I being ridiculous?

Cheers

If you just do a recommended ATF change on or before schedule I think you will be fine.

Technically you never get all the oil out of the engine either.
