My understanding is the ROW (Euro) model 930 had a different exhaust and fuel system components which gave the car approx 325HP vs approximately 285 in the States. The ROW car didn't have catalytic converters for example, and the air pump system. The fuel regulator (WUR) was a different spec which gave it more fuel to burn too.

There were other slight variances too. The US cars didn't come with H4 Halogens but rather the DOT sealed beams of the time. The taillight and turn signal lenses were DOT spec versus the Euro type and the ROW car had the little side markers while the US variant didn't. The bumpers were different with the ROW car having some reflectors and rubber trim the US variants didn't have. Other than that, it was pretty much the same car.
