Dear Friends,

I have a cayenne 04 and my right cornering light has been burned. now i want to change it. Does anyone know what steps and what tools i need to change it and also what bulb are required? How do you get at the back of the headlight?

Same for the indicators.

regards,

Abiro

Very simple and is detailed in the owners manual. There is a tool in the rear compartment (by the subwoofer or spare tire) that will help you easily remove the entire headlamp assembly. Once you have the headlight out, you can open it up and access all the bulbs. Again, entire process is very easy - you'll see.

Read the Manual. Took me 15 minutes. Bulbs were cheap and easy to find.

ways on how to change cornering light bulbs are found in the owner's manual. just a friendly reminder though, be careful when changing, the plastic pin when you open the hood is sort of holding one end of the assembly between the metal chassis and the assembly.

Also check for loose connection. I thought my bulb was blown..only to find out that the headlight assembly was loose. Despite taking the assembly out and in again, a couple of times, I can't seem to solve the problem. Perhaps I need to de-oxidize the pins or change the housing/plastic bracket where the pins home into.
