they look rusty. any thoughts. FORGET THE DISKS. IS JUST THE HUBS OKAY.

If you mean the rotors....don't paint them.

If you mean the calipers.... it's an easy diy weekend job...

And if he means hubs - then yes they can be painted - just be sure to mask the rotor surfaces.

I don't know if anyone have rusty calipers, never see ones.

This are the pictures i'm referring from. thanks to JeTexas for the referral. Hobbes post look what i'm looking except for the calipers.

Hi. As you have read on the other posts don't paint the actual disc surfaces, just paint the hubs or "hats". For my discs I degreased the hubs and sanded them lightly. I sprayed them with Rustoleum Cold Galvanizing. This is a high zinc content grey primer. I have not had any rust in 3 years. I hope this helps.
