I would not recommend doing that if you are referring to your rotors.

I guess you could use a header paint like VHT. But if you want it to last, it needs to be cured properly. Here's a link with more info http://www.jegs.com/p/VHT/749303/10002/-1

And if he means hubs - then yes they can be painted - just be sure to mask the rotor surfaces.

I don't know if anyone have rusty calipers, never see ones.

This are the pictures i'm referring from. thanks to JeTexas for the referral. Hobbes post look what i'm looking except for the calipers.

Hi. As you have read on the other posts don't paint the actual disc surfaces, just paint the hubs or "hats". For my discs I degreased the hubs and sanded them lightly. I sprayed them with Rustoleum Cold Galvanizing. This is a high zinc content grey primer. I have not had any rust in 3 years. I hope this helps.
