I need help for a part number. The clutch line separated on me at the connection at the end of the hydraulic line where it connects to the hose that then connects to the slave cylinder. From the clutch diagram it shows the part is #22 and there are three in total. I believe the threaded joint on clutch pipeline is part # 999.230.541.10. Inside the threaded joint is a circular clip that holds in place the hose connector. What is the part number for the clip inside the threaded joint? I did order a circlip part number 999.230.685.40 however it does not in any way resembles the clip inside the threaded joint. Is this clip available separately from the threaded joint? Do I have to order the entire threaded joint and does it then come with the clip? Thanks

Can you tell me which part(s) you need?

The threaded joint is number 22. I've checked a parts manual and the threaded joint is 999.230.541.10. The parts manual also states that the circlip for the theaded joint is 999.230.685.40

I just recieved a clip and it doesn't match at all what came out of the threaded joint. Is it possible that the warehouse just sent out the wrong part? The clip should be metal and circular and what I recieved is an open plastic piece that if squeezed together may form a circle however I have no idea how this will hold or even fit into the threaded joint. Thanks

The threaded joint has changed 3 times so if you are trying to install it on the older version it may not work.

Best to use both new parts.

I have now recieved the threaded fitting 999.230.541.10. Inside this fitting is the metal circular clip that I need that was broken in the original fitting. What is the circlip part number 999.230.685.40 used for? Do I need to use this plastic fitting or is oK to just use the circular metal clip that comes inside the threaded fitting which is number 22 on the diagram. I'm a bit confused whether the plastic circlip is used as I didn't see it in the fitting. The packing list came with a description in German however I have no idea what it means. The diagram seems to indicate an o-ring and I'm not sure if the plastic circlip is an o-ring. How does this go back together? Do I need the plastic circlip? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I got it figured out. There is a plastic plug you use to push the metal clip on and the plastic circlip is like an o-ring that goes inside the threaded fitting.
