New/updated TSBs

We have added and/or updated February 2009 TSBs in the following categories (9 TSBs total):

987-1 = 1

987-2 = 2

Cayenne = 1

Cayenne gen 2 = 3

Cayman-2 = 2

Of significant note is an oil capacity change for the MY08 an MY09 Cayenne V8 engines.

Dealers/OPCs are to update Owner's Manuals with a supplementary sheet that has the following changes:

Vehicle Type: Cayenne S/Cayenne GTS/Cayenne Turbo/Cayenne Turbo S

Model Year: As of 2008 up to 2009

Equipment: V8 engine

Concerns: - Changing engine oil,

- Supplementary sheet for Owner’s Manual.

Information: Modified oil change quantity.

As announced previously in “Quick Information 18/08” (valid until May 2009), the following oil change quantities apply to V8 engines as ofmodel year 2008:

Change quantity without filter: 9 qts. (8.5 liters) (previously 8.5 qts. (8.0 liters),

Change quantity with filter: 9.5 qts. (9.0 liters) (previously 9 qts. (8.5 liters).

The Owner’s Manual in the vehicle can be updated by inserting a supplementary sheet if necessary or if requested by the customer.
