which amplifier recommend?

I got installed a CDR-210 on my 996, I need the amplifier.

1-Would an amplifier: "986 645 301 03" 4x40W fit ?

2-What are the Pros and Cons of having a 4x40W instead of a 6x40W?

if not; mention a list of amplifiers that fit okay, in "Part numbers"

Depends what speakers you have. A 6x40 amp will power 6 speakers, 2 front, 2 door and 2 rears. 4x40 will power 4 speakers, 2 front and 2 doors. With a 4x60 you can add the rear speakers and power them off of the HU. What do you have? Want?

I don't have any amplifier yet. I just asking if a boxster amplifier 4x60w can do the job for an CDR-210 installed on a 996 with 6 speakers. i'm asking because is not easy find a 6x40w. those boxsters amplifier are more on sale than those 996's.
