Steering wheel help

I'm in the process of switching out my steering wheel and am trying to figure out how to wire them up. This is what the stock looks like and as you can see, there are two wires (A&B)

Here's the back of the steering wheel on my FVD wheel and one is a black wire (A).

Am I right in connecting the A's and B's? Does it make a difference or are these wires just the ground for the horns?

Brown wire is ground and the brown/white wire is power to the horns.
