Oil Change?

My Boxster has been garaged all winter in New England. I'm looking to take it out on the first week of April, do I need to get an oil change ? I only started it up a few times all winter..

You should have changed the oil prior to winter storage. You want to remove potential contaminants and moisture prior to a period of storage.

And "starting it up a few times" does absolutely nothing but add more harmful moisture to the oil. There is some excellent advice here on the Forum regarding winter storage, and you should read those old threads.

This information is also in your 987 Owner's Manual on (about) page 218. You have read your owner's maunal...right? ;)
