How to trace service history?

Is there a way of tracing work carried out on a vehicle under warranty,after market warranty,not done at Porsche?

My vehicles is a UK car.

Not that I am aware of unless the previous owner(s) supplies it.

Was kind of hoping the previous owner of my vehicle is a member of your site and was interested in talking.My car came out of England damaged last June,02 lapis blue Boxster s.

Interesting statement; can you tell us more? You bought a damaged car without service records?

There are a ton of privacy laws in the USA, so dealerships and indys are very tight lipped about this type of information. Maybe things are different in Europe.

I would suggest calling indy shops in the area the car "lived", if you know, and ask the shop keeper if they ever worked on the car based off of the VIN number. Worth a few calls if you can find out.

Yip,well it has porsche history upto 78k in 2005 and thats it.It now has 92k i bought it with 91k.I removed front engine cover and it likes a new drive belt has been fitted.Engine sounds perfect.Im guessing its been to a indy.
