Hello,

I am trying to find a set of new gauge faces, to convert my US spec car to a Euro standard. I had contact with a company that makes the gauge faces, and they told me that i needed to send in a 1:1 scan of my originals, because if they would just send me a Euro face, the indication of the analog speedometer would be off.

Does anyone by change have a 1:1 scan of a US spec gauge face? I don't want to take it all apart, and then wait a couple of weeks till i have my new faces in... it's my daily driver.

Thank you.

I don't see where it would make a difference, because the arc of the speedo increments looks exactly the same for both mph and kph; e.g. 62mph looks to be where 100kph is on the Euro face. Request a part number on this forum, and perhaps you can order the faces directly from a Porsche dealer.

Not sure who you are dealing with but the accepted experts in this field are REAP automotive based in England. They manufactured the original gauge faces for porsche for the 993 and 964. They offer replacement faces and a fitting service for all porsche models.

Since you are in the netherlands you may also be interested in fitting the additional security standard to models in your country. The USA spec car will not have the M536 options of a battery backed siren or tilt sensor fitted as standard to Netherlands and Uk spec vehicles. If you would like more information on how to fit these items pleae send me an e mail.

Berty,

Do you have a website of REAP automotive? Or any other contact information? I couldn't find anything about them...

My car is recently equipped with the M536 Euro standard alarm. I also had to extend it with a gps tracking system, is a requirement for high class vehicles now in the Netherlands.

Thanks!
