Hi everyone,

I just removed my brake pads and I am wondering if I need to replace the rotors. There is no visible cracks. There is a lip on the peripherial of the rotor. How can I tell if I need to replace the rotor?

I currently have 28k miles for my 2005 Cayenne S. Brake pads were replaced right when the sensor lights came on.

Thanks for all your help.

Wow,

Thanks for the quick reply.

So if my rotors in the front are 32 mm, then I have to replace them?

Seems kinda odd that there is only 2 mm of thickness to wear before requiring replacement.
