I receive a warning alert now again which reads "Check Dipped Beam". When I restart the CS04, the lights reset and everything appears fine.

Do I need to replace anything or is this a faulty connection in the headlamp unit or something else.

Any advise is welcomed.

Try removing your headlights and check how tight the connector is inside the engine bay behind the lights. I understand that sometimes they work themselves loose and just need to be re-tightened.

I hate those error messages.. it makes want to shift yo LexusLx for peace of mind..

It helps if you tighten headlamp retainer using hex tool.

. and sometimes pushing the whole lamp assembly inward helps..

Same problem happened to me and if you drive during nightime on a very dark road, the HID lamp may shut down for about 1 sec and resume and then you probably get a "dip beam" error message. I ordered 2 HID on ebay 6000k and now everything back to normal. Recently I changed a signal bulb and belive or not both real dip beam were burned and I never got any message...
