How to prove it isan EURO model 911

Good morning...

I was hoping someone could help me, I have just purchased a 1979SC Targa, and I am importing it from the US to Europe. I was told it is an EURO model, which will significantly reduce my import duties & simplify the homologation process, which is surreally convoluted in Spain, but I need to prove that the car is in fact a EURO model, I am told this should be relatively simple to verify from the VIN number.

I tried to use the decoder from the Rennlist site, but it seems that it works only on post 1980 models. Do you know wherere I can go to get the VIN decoded to assert the correctness of the EURO origin for the local customs authorities?

THe VIN number is 9119311541, and the engine number is 6394129

Es versión EURO o más bién RoW (rest of the world).

To make it understandable for everybody:

It does correspond to a euro spec of a '79 targa.
