I currently have this set up on my car and am concerned with the issue of having the front differential getting chewed up b/c of the diameter difference. Although, I've read a few people not having a problem with it. If you have ran this set up, can you please answer:

1) How long have you ran the set-up?

2) Any issues with the front differential?

3) What brand tires did you use?

Not running this set-up, but did you actually measure the diameters or are you using theoretical? You need to actually measure them...OK for fronts to be slightly bigger, but I strive for less than 1%. Have you had PSM kick in at unusual times?

I run 235/35-19 and 315/25-19.

I run 235/35-19 and 315/25-29.

I have conflicting information. Based on the dunlop website, it shows diameter of 25.5" front and 25.0" rear, resulting in a less than 1% variance. People on 6speed say that's not possible b/c 295/30 should measure 26" in diameter (which all other tire manufacturers do). I called TireRack and contacted Dunlop and they confirmed that it's 25" diameter. I go home and measure and it's 25.5" rear and 25.0" front, giving me a 2.5% variance. Not sure what to think. PSM hasn't turned on or anything

I was running 235/35/19 and 305/30/19 on my summer set and the rear tires were rubbing the inner fender plastic lining when I would hit a bump on the road. The front would rub when I turned the wheel. As great as the 19 inch DPE wheels look, the stock 18's work better. I am going to run 315/25/19's again when the snow stops here in Colorado (sometimes that is May). I love this tool on Discount Tire's web site:
