Ok, I have a secondary air injection problem. (don't have the codes on me right now)

i've read a few articles here on the pump et al.

this last weekend i opened up the engine compartment and started the car (cold) to check for noise coming from pump.

no noise. no movement.

any ideas on where to start? Fuse? Ground? Relay? Sensor? etc...
