Hey guy's. Well I purchased a Boxster a couple of weeks ago and I'm just now uploading some pictures for you guy's. It's a 1997 Guards Red 2.5L 5-speed manual transmission on black interior. It's bone stock and has 33,XXX miles. Almost 34k now that I've been driving it so much. :drive:

It's a fun little car and I got it at a good price. It's just going to be a weekend car so I might not keep it for very long. For now though I'm having a blast with it! Here are some pictures.

Thanks guy's! No mod bug for me. :) I'm not one who mods any car. I prefer to leave any car I have stock. :)

:o  :o

Uh-huh. Let me know how that works out for ya B)

Shall I check back in w/ ya in 6 months or sooner B)

I lasted almost a year, and that was only because I was trying to stay in the PCA AX S1 class.

Actually, I had already upgraded the brake pads which didn't keep me out of Stock. The R-compound tires finally did it.

Congrats. I see you got it in the fast color B)

I too have avoided mod mania for three years. Once I run off this set of rubber I may go with Comp tires/M030. We shall see.

Haha no way guy's. I don't race and I like to appreciate the cars for how the engineer's intended them to be. Just not my cup of tea to modify cars. :)

It performs great for a stock car though so I'm very pleased with it! :clapping:

Heck yeah I got the fast color! :drive:

The only thing I regret about the purchase of this car is buying it in November! It's too cold to be cruising with the top down! Months and months and months until prime convertible weather again... Bummer... :(

Oh, I don't know. Anything over 50F and clear is top down weather. Great heater in a Porsche. That is why God made sweatshirts.

I did notice that the heater and the AC are fantastic in this car. The AC blows super cold and the heater get's real nice and toasty. I was surprised because my dad had two 944's and their climate control systems were terrible; as it seems to be with most German vehicles. I'm very pleased with this one though!

Congrats on the car!

We need some pics with the top down. :D

No kidding about the heater, it works great. So do the heated seats!
