I have a 30k mile 04 Turbo. Running great. No issues. Until it pumped about 4 qts all over the ground just before arriving to the gym early yesterday morning. Luckily I shut down the engine fast enough that I think I didn't damage the engine. The leak is around the passenger side in the front corner of the engine bay. The dealer I talked to told me that they've had an oil line bust that leads to the turbo. I looked under and around and it's not leaking from the drain plugs, oil filter or lines leading to the oil cooler.

Any suggestions...anyone else have this happen? I would like to attempt repairing it myself if it's just a rubber oil line.

Thanks,

Matt

Yes. It was a bolt in the Oil Pressure Regulator. It just worked itself loose. It was tigthend and has not leaked since. Was told be two dealers that it was a freak accident....never saw before.

Ok,

Looks like my cayenne has a loose bolt as well. It is the bolt for the chain tensener. Is this the same as your 'bolt'?

Regards, frank
