Steering wheel adjustment to sit "centered"

Hello everyone. I was wondering if there is a simple way to adjust my steering wheel on my 2005 997 so it faces centered (currently when driving a straight line it sits at 11:30 position..just one or two ticks off center) I probably don't need an alignment yet with 7000 miles of Florida road driving.

If the vehicle is not inordinately pulling to one side, an off-center steering wheel is a symptom of front toe mis-alignment. Regardless of your mileage, I would have it checked/corrected to avoid irregular tire wear and fix your steering wheel complaint. --Brian

If the alignment is ok and it is still off center, just take it off and rotate one or two spline positions. There are lots of posts about steering wheel removal. The trickiest part (for me) is releasing the air bag.

Completed the alignment at Champion Porsche. Fixed and Flawless. It probably was out of alignment since it "seems" to drive tighter. Perhaps its the crest that is now centered and its my imagination :clapping:
