Hi

Basically just got home and found that my other half has managed to reverse my car into my driveway wall (only 2 foot high). Anyway it looks as if it has rode up onto the wall a fair distance and she then drove it back off forwards and my rear bumper has damage BUT more worrying is the smell of petrol/oily residue left on the floor..

I have checked the engine oil level and it is fine. The car will not start though and it seems to be spilling some petrol fom under some plastic cover underneath.

I have not jacked the car up to have a good look. But hoping some fuel pipe has come adrift/damaged.

How does the bottom cover come off ? What should i be looking for, just been scanning the manual over on cannel site but to much to take in to be honest.

Just want to get some fuel to engine to get it started.....and then try sort out repair.

Is it possible to use axle stands at the jack points ? Or should i borrow some ramps ??

Also the rear bumper is moderaqtley damaged. Is this repairable or do i need to source a replacement. Can post a pic if needed.

Any help here much appreciated.

Just to say i sorted this ou earlier. All it was was the fuel return pipe which has a 'snap' or 'push fit' connector. This has come adrift and i just plugged it back in and car started fine with no leaks.

I am now trying to source a bumper but cannot seem to find an exact replacement. Mine car is a 986 but the bumper has the diffusers/vents which are part of the bumper at the bottom (not add-ons).

I cannot sem to source one with these built in.

Anyone help. Based in the UK.

Cheers
