'99 Carrera. 53k miles

After remove the door panel to fix the window and put it back , now my car can not be locking . A double horn signal during locking by remote control and key. Is the car needs to reset the computer after removed the all connectors on the door? Is there any way I lock the car before I visit the deal.

Help please. Thanks.

Usually that means that a critical zone is open. A switch or sensor is not telling the alarm system that something is not latched. Since you took the door apart that would be a good place to start - along with fuses.

All I know is that if the electric door lock fails you get a double beep from the alarm. Perhaps you have not hooked back together all the connectors.

I came back remove the door panel again to check, you know what, the microswitch connecting was loose because I not arranged the wire well at first time

so a tension pull off the plug.

Thank you guys.
