I have had my '04 996TT for about 4 months now and RennTech has helped me tremendously! Thanks everyone!!!

I am now seeking some help in locating a part number. I found some plastic part damage to my front undercarriage the other day. In doing some research I found I need the following replacement parts: 996.504.123.00 (left front wheel housing protector) and 996.504.603.00 (left front air guide for fender liner).

There also appears to be a missing part (just plastic remnants left on the screws) that is approximately 20-25 inches long and centered underneath the front radiator? Looks like it may have been part of an air scoop system related to the air flow through the radiator? It appears to have about 4-5 attachement points from wheel housing protector to wheel housingprotector.

I hope that makes sense and thanks agaion for all your help!

I've had to replace a few of those parts myself....and I find that the big killer is speed bumps and those dogone cement stops they use in parking lots....they're just the right height to go under the car and shear off those air scoops.

Chuck,

I think that is exactly what happened. The part that I am missing appears to possibly have three or four air ducts that face towards the REAR of the car. In other words, they appear to be flowing air rearwards that has passed through the radiator. Does that sound right? If so, is that part #10 in Lorens document???
