looking for a diagram of the gas/brake pedal mechanism

hi,

I have some play (vertically on my brake pedal. I went to the dealer and they checked it out. Everything is ok. the only thing they said could potentially cause this, would be some play on the brake arm mechanism at the end (near the gear lever). They said that checking this would be a 2-3 hour job. As a handyman, I would like to do this myself. Does anybody have a diagram of this mechanism. I can't find it in my workshop manual.

Sorry for the late response, but I did not have the time to respond earlier.

Thanks a lot for the pictures. Not quite sure what to make out of it and where everything is located, so if you perhaps something that would clarify it a bit more that would be briljant.
