Could anyone please help me out with my Boxster 2001 with 26000 miles on it , I recently purchased from Florida and drove for not more than 500 miles. Car is working really loud and rough when it is cold 1100 at idle, but when work temp. is reached it works like a charm.

My problem at the moment is : When I attempt to use windshield washer it does not spray at all but I noticed that fluid is going to the floor next to the front left wheel. I do not know where are the connection hoses and how do I access them, I beleive that one of the hoses must be broken or disconnected .

Would anyone have schematic for Windsheeld Washer Tank or at least how to access the area where a problem might be.

Thank You very much in advance

The hoses, pump, and tank are in the left front wheel well.

It is pretty easy to take the wheel well liner off and see what is leaking. You will need to remove the left front tire too.

I had the same thing a couple years ago. The hose from the tank to the nozzles is only pressure fit on and expands or otherwise gets loose over time. I tried sticking it back on twice and it just popped off again so I just got a little hose clamp at home depot. It is behind the plastic guard in the wheel well on the drivers side - toward the middle/top/rear. Just look for a pencil thickness hose dangling...
