I know it's kinda silly, but I have read almost every article regarding the Particle/ Cabin Filters on this forum, I just couldn't find it anywhere at all. I think it could be missing..

Could anyone take a picture and show me where it is located? My car driver's on the right side, so could it be on the other side of the car?

Also since I cannot locate the filter, I don't know if my car can take the 571 Option for Activated Charcoal Cabin Filter. Could I use the Activated Charcoal Cabin Filter even if there is no such option on my car? If not, why is that so?

Thanks guys..

All 987 have a cabin filter and you can use the activated charcoal filter as well, they have the same size. The filter is located under the trim, for LHD on the right side ( battery area ) well covered behind a flap. Perhaps for RHD on the opposite side.
