It's time to play that game again, "What Just Fell off My Car?"

When I pulled the Boxster out of the garage, it left this behind, it was setting near the front of the car. Can anyone identify this little rubber part?

I like these trivia type questions. But most of the time it tuns out some object found near your car has nothing to do with your car.

The last trivia I remember was this part. Turned out to be a part from a garage door.

Grommet front middle radiator fixation.

Are you talking about 930-113-430-00-M136

If so, that's not quite the same, plus it looks like that part is only for the tiptronic, mine's a stick.

Yep, after you inadvertantly drive into puddles during winter rainstorms. It is probably for the trunk area, that's where they

tend to be located. :)

Doesn't look dirty enough to have been a drain plug, exposed to all the elements under the car, what would cause a grommet to randomly come out? as Tool pants said, it is from the car right?

I've looked around my car for a part like that to no avail.

I don't think its from the car. Maybe the washing machine??

Is it possible that it is a jack pad from the last person who jacked it up?

Maybe it was stuck int the jack point hole?
