I would like to find a retail store for new 18 inch rims and tires (Goodyear Eagle F1 G3-DS) for my 02 Boxster, in the Toronto area, preferably east end. Anyone know a reputable dealer that can guarantee me that the rims will fit properly, not rub etc.

I have tried a few tire stores that sell rims but they really don't know much about the rims and proper fit on a Boxster. Call me old fashioned but I don't want an online store since I want to see the rims first and have them installed by the same store I buy them from.

"I want to see the rims first" is going to be difficult to do,,,

they are just not gonna carry/stock the wheels that will fit a porsche even in the US.

Yes, agreed for the exact wheels. I would just like to get an idea of the quality by seeing the same wheel type for that manufaturer for any car. Not keen on spending this much money from a picture on a web site.

Try tires23, there west end though(Mississauga) I've had good dealings with them, and they have about 50 type of rims on display, really good tire prices as well.

There are thousands and thousands of wheels available on the market that varies in offset, bolt pattern, etc etc that there's a slim chance you'll see the wheel that you want in store before purchase.

Have you check out Pfaff tuning? Since they deal with Porsches they probably have a better idea of what fits.
