How to remove 997 RS front spoiler lip?

HI,

I can seem to get this thing off. I've taken off the two end screws, and it wont come off. Can anyone help?

after screw removal - pull hard !

helps to start at the edges and work your way into the centre, then go to the otherside.

It's very flexible, so it's useful to have one person hold the loose end whilst you remove the other.

it took three of us in my local dealership to remove the lower lip on mine, and that was with the car on a lift to get access.

It was very tight - previous car was not so tight for some reason.

Came off OK eventually tho !

I used a plastic putty knife inserted on the top edge of the black plastic where it inserts into the spoiler to help it along. I don't think you can damage the spoiler attached to the car by just pulling on the "lip" because the black lip friction tabs would likely just round/deform on the way out, but I did not want to verify that when removing mine.
