Had codes P1128 & P1130. Removed the MAF & cleaned it. Codes havent come back yet.

so i reset the codes and took it for a drive.

five min later the CEL came on again, reading only P0343.

Where should i begin?

P0343 Camshaft Position Sensor 1 – Above Limit

Check the wiring to the cam sensor (1) and then test the sensor.

Check signal wire from DME control module, pin III/20, to CMP sensor for short circuit to B+ (+12 volts).

Either repair the wiring or replace the sensor.

is it true i have to remove the AOS to reach the sensor?? is there a easier way to get there??? i have a lift available if it makes it any easier.

You should get the workshop and OBDII manuals.
