I want to hardwire my Passport to a switched fuse.

Question (probably dumb, but I don't know the answer) -

I've run and hidden the wires around the window/door molding, etc, but don't know how, or which side of the little flat fuses to run the hot and ground wires to. The car is a 2007 C4S and unfortunately I'm used to an older car with the glass tubular fuses. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. Ed

the easiest way would be sell your passport then get the Escort Solo S2 Cordless. You can afford your new 997 I'm sure,,,,,

Just hot wire needs go through the fuse link not the ground,it doesn't matter which side

Either blade on the fuse is hot. Ground goes to the chassis. Aft of the fuse box is a suitable nut for the ground.

If you lack either tiptronic or the rear wiper, those fuse slots will do.

After paying for the 997 C4S I have no more $$ left!! Great ride though and I must admit a lot better in all respects than the 1988 930S that I had since new.

Thanks for the fuse info. Ed
