I have a 2000 Cabriolet that has a rattle coming from above the drivers head. Its sounds like a baby rattle. It happens after about 10 minutes of driving and seems to get worse when it is colder out. Anyone have this problem or know how to solve it? Dealer has looked at it a few times and just seems to lube and tighten everything up, which doesn't solve the problem.

Hello, I install these tops in New Jersey. Perhaps on front motor assembly. There are 2 plastic covers that are removed to access bolts. Tap on them if loose, remove and place small dab of butyl tape and reinstall. Butyl tape is used to install windshields. Also, under headliner there are metal and plastic clips used to fasten headliner to frame. They may be loose or missing. Try tightening torx bolts attaching weatherstrip rails to frame.
