Is there a way to tell what type of suspension I have by measuring ride height, sway bar(s), ect?

 Thanks Lorean.I

I should have mentioned that I have checked all the available places, VIN, option sticker, ect and it does not show that I have anything other than standard. although some of the codes come back blank from the options decoder here.post-24494-1210699160_thumb.jpg I have found little things that were hacked by the PO, i.e., Short Shift and Daytime running lights. I have a problem with driveways; they seem to be too high for the Aerokit front bumper cover. What I am wondering is, did the car get lowered or is the bumper that low.The front bumber ground clearance at the center is 5 5/8" and the clearance at the front jack point is 5 1/4". I'm not sure if that will help. I can see some parts tags on components under the car and that has piqued my couriousity as to what suspension I have. I hope that all made sense????

Well, the previous owner could have always hav changed springs to an after market.

I can't think of a way to tell unless you look at each spring and see if it has Porsche's color codes or some other manufacturers part number.

I'll try to use the measurements that are published to see if I can figure it out.

Sorry, I don't think measurements will tell you what springs you have - would only be a guess.

I understand that measuring won't tell me what springs I have, but it will tell me if the car has been lowered from stock. At that point it is going to be chasing part numbers to find out exactly what has been done. If anything at all has actually been done. What are the color codes to look for?
