Hi guys,

I've been looking around for a decent 996 Mk2 GT3 without much success. However, I did come across this beauty a few days ago and it's pretty much twisted my mind in another direction.

It's got 19k kms on the dial, in pretty good condition, and for the same value as a decent 996 GT3 price tag.

Do you guys think it's worth the $70K they're asking for?

Took some shots with my camera phone as well yesterday. The car has got a few stone chips here and there!

If you like the color combination yes. I prefer a 997 over the 996 any day. I have a 997S.

What year is it? Seems a bit pricey if it's an 05 or 06. I agree, it's a beauty if you like the color match in the interior and the wheels.

Remember that buyers are in the drivers seat in todays market. In my So Cal area P cars with lots of mods are going for the same price as stock models.

Success!

Its a 2006 model.

With the falling dollar, and our currencies pegged to it... imports are far more expensive nowdays. So in reality, its the sellers market!

Someone pls correct me, but have Porsche priced their cars in US dollars? If so, how often are they forced re-price due to dollar depreciation?

Get optioned out car. The GT3 Kit and interior paint alone is over $10,000 in options. PCM is another $3,000. Painted Rims is an extra $250. Plus you have the sports seats which adds an extra $2000 to the price. The car also has HID's, which are an option on the C2S. That's an additional $2000.

If the car has Navi, then this is a decent deal. The only thing is that you're creeping into C4S territory. If you want the wider hips and AWD then you can afford it at this price... but the car won't be optioned out like this at $70,000.
