Just bought a new Porsche and found out I am going to Iraq again. This will be my 4th time (reason I can afford a Porsche). How do I store the car. When I went over in the early 90s I filled my cyclinders with oil and disconnected the battery. The last 2 deployments I just sold my car before I left. I just bought this car so selling it is not really an option even though I got a great deal on it.

How long will you be away for? I suggest pumping up the tyres or getting the wheels off the groundand connecting the car to a battery conditioner ( cars in the UK have remote batttery backup on the alarm so you can't leave the battery disconnected, don't know if this is the same in your market).
