I've been able to change and store my desired comfort settings on each of my keys. But, I've been unable to set the comfort setting in BOTH keys and I lose the comfort setting when I use the other key. Meaning, every time I switch keys, I lose my settings. I like to use both since I keep my work keys on one and keep the other free of other keys. Suggestions (other then.."use only one key")

It happened on my 04 CS recently. I have set everyting up on key A, but when use Key B, all setting are gone.

I found out "reset to factory setting", then set the comfort program again, it went back to normal, both keys works ok now.

Thanks for the feedback. So, you select RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS and then program each key immediatly afterwords?

Aaronliu,

Thank you so much. That fixed it. I selected "Return to Factory Settings" and then reprogrammed both keys and now they both work. I have my selected Comfort settings for both keys and I don't lose them!! Thanks

How do you program the keys?

Set your Comfort settings, seat and mirror settings. Turn off car. Lock car with desired key by either using key in the lock or with the remote......not with the handle button if you have Entry-and-Drive.
