I have the Entry and Drive (love it). But, I cannot lock the car from the passenger side of the car. I can lock the car from both the front and back drivers-side door. But, not on the passenger side. Thoughts?

From Peter Smith's comments on the PCA website:

"Question: Is there any way to increase the range of the keyless entry system as I must be standing almost next to the vehicle to get the doors to open. Also, the keyless remote won't unlock the rear hatch unless I step around from behind the car. Take a hint...make it work better, faster and from further away.

Answer: Sorry, for this problem you will have to wait and see if Porsche comes out with something different to increase the range of the system. There are already a bunch of antennas in the car but the range doesn't seem that great. Only time will tell for now.

You need a PIWIS to examine KESSY system and to read out/clear fault codes.

No fault codes and it doesn't have to do with the antenna. I can open the car from that side which means the car is receiving the signal. I just cannot lock the car from that side.

A new try, you cant repair KESSY without PIWIS!!!

Did anyone ever figure this one out? I'm looking at an 04 CS now and it is having the exact same problem. Not a key component of the buying decision but would be nice to know.
