Bumper removal is slightly different but most of it should be similar to my 3rd Radiator Install DIY in the 996 mods section.

Or have a look at the instructions in the X51 kit TSB.

TSB 7/05 1001 Performance Increase Kit Installation Instructions (I-no. X51) -- dated April 12, 2007

I'm getting ready to install the 997 Third Radiator Kit sold by Suncoast Porsche. Is there a step by step procedure somewhere that show how to install it. Thanks

elrover,

I just did this about three weeks ago. The only tip I can add is I used four wood - wood clamps on the lines in the wheel wells (2 per side) to stop all of the Anti Freeze from coming out. This didn't damage the hoses. Filled the system back up before starting the car and had zero problems.

PM me if you have any questions.

One other thing, look at a tip or x/51 car for the holes underneath the bumper. 4 need to be cut to let the air pass. PM me if you need the dimensions.

I was able to clamp one hose on the driver side with the special pliers. Then one guy holding a bucket and the other quickly installed the hoses. It spilled a little. Thanks for all the tips guys. Now what's left is to do the holes under the bumper.

By clamping I lost 1/2 tp 3/4 of a gallon.
