I've looked everywhere on this site. I have found specs for 986 non-S rotors. I've also read that 986 calipers are what is used on the 987. My goal is OEM cross drilled rotors without having to upgrade my 986 non-S calipers. Do the specs of the 987 rotors match 986 rotors? Loren? He seems to have all these brake specs... Thanks in advance. -Tom

Go look on www.suncoastporsche web site. You will see all of the potential brakes for the 986 there. They have a 'big red' conversion.

So it looks like the fronts from a 987 will fit my 986. I would also assume the rears would as well? Anyone else?

It's my understanding that the 987 non-S uses 986S brakes, and the 987S gets even larger brakes than before.

Why not just go to the junk yard and find a 986S and just swap them into your non-S?
