Hi everyone, not a big issue I think i am more curious then anything else. My AC/Heater temp control unit for a crap, I called my dealer and instead of bringing the car in and doing the swap, they ordered me one and shipped it to me ...warranty of course.Anyways the issue is strange , the new unit flashes 5 or 6 times every time i start the car, it doesn't matter if its off or set a temp.It works but I have never seen this before.Anyone have any clue to what it might be?

Loren?? :)

On the older unit it needs to have the basic adaption set by running an HVAC test using a PST2 or PIWIS.

The shop needs to select AC (on the tester) then choose "System test".

After it has completed the test/adaption the unit will stop flashing.
