I am trying to remove the lower center console, and have read everything on the subject. Left side of console went OK, however on the right side of console, I cannot remove the carpeted panel to remove the last screw that holds the lower center console in. Instructions say pull carpeted panel, but on my 2004 4s, I had to remove a T27 screw at the rear of panel, and the panel got loose, but there seems to be a screw on the front of the panel somewhere, and wont let me remove the panel. I don't want to force or break the panel, so if someone can give me any help, it will really be appreciated. Thanks.

I assume that you mean that you are trying to remove the Bose subwoofer on the right side of the console.

There is another T27 bolt in the front under the carpet. There is a pull back area on the carpet to access the bolt.

Thank you very much for your help. Thats what I was looking for. I did not know that this was the Bose subwoofer. This is my first Porsche.
