My left front wheel bearing keep breaking. I do track the car about 6 - 8 DE events a year.

My first bearing broke last year and the dealer replaced it under warranty. I don't think they will replace it under warranty any more.

I just want to see if the GT3 wheel bearing would fit my car. I heard that the GT3 wheel bearings are stronger.

All MY02 and C4S, GT3, TT, and GT2 use 999 053 042 07 - but the wheel hub is different so I do not know if it will fit correctly or not.

Porsche has a newer wheel bearing for the Carrera's 999 053 041 03. Is this what you're using for replacement or the older 999 053 041 02?

I don't know what I have now. It was replaced under warranty last year.

I would prefer to use the GT3 ones because they are stronger. I'll check with the dealer and see if their tech guy could find out wether they'll fit my car.

If not, I'll definitely use the new one, 999 053 041 03.
