Remove the triangular inside trim, disconnect the electric connector behind the trim, remove the screws, done.

CWINMA:

First remove the small triangle-shaped black plastic trim panel from the inside by slightly prying up the bottom horizontal edge of the trim panel with a thin bladed tool towards you, and then pushing the trim piece up and outwards at the same time. There is a tab at the top of the triangle that must me unhooked, as well as small "legs" on the back of the trim piece that are pressed into plastic inserts in the frame.

Once you have the plastic trim piece off, just unscrew the nuts that are holding the mirror housing in place and unplug the connector.

Installation is the reverse of this process.

Regards, Maurice.
