I bought a used Techart Lowering Module for my Cayenne and it appears that it has the wrong mappings (up to 12/03). Does anybody know if Techart will update the mappings to an 04+ model on my current module? The connections are exactly the same and I was hoping it was going to work but I got an air suspension warning when I switched from the stock unit.

If its not possible to change - its for sale if anybody wants it. (048.200.270.009-01)

Air suspension control box needs the ride height values from the 4 corners, some one with a PIWIS and the knowledge can help you out.

OK, so I may have the correct module - but need Porshe to check the codes & calibrate? I tired to plug & play it but got a littled worried when I saw the fault display.

I figured that my car was manufactured in 03 as its an 04 model & the the module would work. Where is the manufacturing date stamped on the cayenne?

Does anyone know the changes to the control module from 03 to 04? Seems odd to me that porsche would change it that much after only one year.

Plug and play don't work with air suspension control boxes, they need a complete calibrating and program process.

The production year is in the VIN xxxxxx9pz (4) laxxxxxx. Yes Porsche change every MY a lot.

Interesting... My car is 9PZ5LA but its registered here in Slovakia as a 2004. It also looks like it was first bought in Germany in 2006 & had its 30k service in 2007.

I definately have the wrong Techart Lowering Module! I sure hope it can be re-mapped by Techart.

The MY 05 start after the summer holiday period in Germany, it is completely normal that the car is sold from Sept. - Oct. 04 as MY 05.

Techart got back to me and it is not possible to upgrade my module so it only works for Cayenne's manufactured until 12/2003. This means it will work on some of the 2004 models but not mine.

It's for sale if anybody wants it - It would be great for an 03 Turbo.

I have an 04 turbo - build date 11/03 will it work on mine? If so let me know what you are asking...

Sorry for the late hit on this one, I wasn't watching the forum. I have already sold the unit - but it would have worked on your 04 Turbo.
