I have a 996 turbo bumper that I would like to put on my 2002 996 C2 cabriolet. Does anyone have any idea if it will fit? Can it be customized to fit?

front will fit but with a gap under the radiator. u can use a plastic sheet to cover up the gap.

rear won't fit as TT is a widebody. you'll need to cut bumper in 1/2 and take out a center portion.

I added a turbo front bumper as well. My local pro did the work, but he said he had to trim/cut the edges of the front cross bar to make it fit. Most people take that bar off outright, but cutting it and leaving it in helps to maintain structural integrity incase of accidents. See my car on Latest vehicles for a look. bmohr 1999 C4 coupe, ocean blue metallic.

the alum bumper bar will be exposed w a TT bumper. some trim the sides, some use spray paint or black tape to cover it up. the bar has nothing to do with structural integrity. it's just wider on C2 and will protect the front end/radiator better.
