I am going to attempt to bleed/flush the brakes. I'm looking for the best and safest way to get all 4 tires off the ground and removed, so I can bleed all 4 brakes at the same time. I have already purchased a Motive power brake bleeder kit and except for the car still being on the ground, am ready to go.

Bleeding 4 brake calipers at the same time, that means 8 nipples, is a lot. Take one wheel by one beginning on the RR - LR - RF and LF and take the inner nipple first. After bleeding with the power bleeder, do the same one more time manually. It is not necessary to lift the car and removing the wheels on a Turbo, there is room enough between the spokes to manoeuvre.
