2008 Cayman Porsche Design Edition

Recommended Posts

I saw one at the Houston Auto Show today. It looks MUCH better in person. The stripes are actually becoming except for the "Porsche Design" text. The 19" turbo wheels were awesome on the car. The only thing really wrong with the car was the $72K sticker. It held its own next to a flourescent green C4S and the Lamborghini Orange special edition Boxster.

We saw one at the dealer last month when looking at Cayennes. You could see every fingerprint on the paint (the sales guys had already given up on keeping it clean and shiny after less than a week), and someone had already scratched one of the the strips, either walking by or with a fingernail.

Here is another one at a different local dealership.

Don't know what the problem is, but something is wrong or it would not be sitting on the back lot with 8.8 miles.

Maybe it is because the sticker on the windshield says it is a Boxster....
