Hello,

My 01 S has been having issues starting for the past week. No issues with the remote unlocking/locking or with the battery since all is functioning electronically as expected. I depress the clutch (all the way I hear the clutch switch engage) and turn the key, nothing, I hear the fuel pump but no cranking at all. Any idea what is going on here? Thanks

Make a bridge around the switch and trey again. Perhaps the switch is faulty.

"Make a bridge" how would I accomplish this?

He means, stick your head under the dash , look up at the clutch pedal arm and you’ll see a little switch (black box). Pull the 2 little wires off of it and join them with a piece of wire. Try again (to start).

Do u hear any starter solenoid clicking at all?

I'm thinking possibly the battery issue, just because your electrical system is working that doesn't mean the battery is fully charged.

it takes some serious cold cranking amps to crank your starter!

Good point, no clicking, my guess is the ignition switch, is this a tough DIY?
