I bought a set of big red brakes off an 11k Wrecked boxster S, the calipers have some light skuffs in them and id liek to touch them up. I realize that the brakes are prob powdercoated but im just looking for the right paint color for a bit of a touch up, any suggestions? Thanks

Simple, right click on the caliper and select the "eyedropper" tool. Then simply match the color of the caliper to the windows color chart and you have it!

Hope that helps!

I'm not sure what you're planning, but the stock boxster S brakes will not fit a non-s easily. The fronts will be fine, but the back ones won't clear the ebrake, the rotors are not quite the right size.

I just bought the upgrade kit for my 97 for $1550 from Suncoast.

re: how do you get the seat off?

I used a 3/8, the first couple of times, then had my local autoparts store order me the E12 socket (reverse Torx).

Next season, I hope to go to a seat actually made for 5-6pt harness so I didn't want to pay BK prices for a single season's use of an extinguisher mount.
